Snow, Basketball and WoW

Hello again readers, and welcome, it has been awhile since i have posted and I have a lot to catch up on. We have played 2 basketball games since I have last talked to you and we have had a few snow days. We won the 2 games (by a landslide) and we have another two games next week, (busy, busy) The big winter holidays are coming up so yay! It is actually warm today(about 40 degrees) So i may go shoot around at the park. There really is not much to talk about (until Xmas) except that I started up WoW again (not REAL Wow, Private servers) And I got back into that. Really is not much to say except Happy Holidays and new year

Almost over!

Hello again my readers! The thanksgiving break is almost at an end and its snowing! Been snowing all day... I have been busy playing video games and reading a book and there was nothing going on so I have not been blogging but I will resume now! I have an open gym today so I am going to shoot around there. We have a game tomorrow against benton (who we team up with for football) and we are most likely going to beat them senseless. I have been trying out a new Private server which is called TodayMS search it. Also I am going to rate some New and old MMOs today! Not yet though.... We have a double movie night thing coming up, I wanted the Dark Knight so I hope we get to watch it first hehehe. Ok so here it goes!
I'll start with the most famous!

World of Warcraft: I played this for about half a year and it was pretty fun although it is a massive grindfest I had fun with it. 9/10 Due to it being pretty good but I kinda wanted some time to work with Horde not just be enemies.

Diablo 2: Awesome game and done by blizzard again but it is a classic and will always be one of my favorites. Online is still going strong. 9/10

Maplestory: The game I have been playing for the past year or two it is pretty fun but no story line and stupid buying clothes, and not the best of communites 7/10

Last Chaos: OK game but I've seen better, kept me entertained for a bit, 6/10

We lost our game today by about 15, I got a lot of points and rebounds but we just couldn't pass it tonight, but we will win next time! Win! AGAIN!

Well we won our basketball game again and we are 3-0. I got some rebounds and some points tonight, we play the only team we lost to last year Monday. Hopefully we go undefeated this year. Well, I'm out of stuff to talk about so I'm gonna rate some old school systems (and by old school i mean like 90's and up)

PS1: Pretty good for the system and you gotta love the first gen always! Some fun games, If i still had one that would rock. 7/10

Nintendo: Well I lied about the 90's thing so here it goes, I loved this system when I was a kid.
I only had a few games but damn was it FUN!. 8/10

Xbox: Big and clunky but awesome for when it came out. Had some fun games but didn't get as big as the PS2 still 6/10.

PS2: I got one of these for Xmas and I played it all the time Rachet and Clank FTW. So many games one of the best consoles in its time: 9/10

Gameboy (all Gameboys THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF THEM): They kept this system going AFTER the DS. The color was my first gameboy but I've owned 'em all! Fun games, portable, and it was small... Well the 2nd gen ones were... 9/10

Normal Day

Well today has been a normal day, nothing to really report. I ran into the metal part of the bleachers today when playing kickball... Almost rolled my ankle. All my classes were kinda uneventful... Except reading and English 'cause these two people ( who i am not at liberty to name or specify) almost got in a fight. Well what should i talk about... Disturbia is a good song... Country music really sucks, except Johnny Cash of course. Ninja's can beat pirates asses, AND DON'T YOU THINK OTHERWISE! Ummm, I think a blue bunny would be awesome. Well, now its time for a little more about video games. Today is systems! I'm doing new gen today old gen tommarow and maybe some other old video games.

Ok here we go! *Flips switcch* "ARRRGGGHH! MY CLOTHES ARE ON FIRE." *whispers* Don't worry about him...
PS3: I played one at my friends house and it was OK, The graphics were nice ut the games were kinda yea.... I loved the PS2. I rate it at about a 7/10

PSP: I went through 2 of these and I got sick of 'em, Weren't really any games that I liked 'cept rachet and clank. TOO EASILY BROKEN!! 5/10 just cus its ok but wouldnt keep buying em if they got broken.

WII: I actually like this system, fun handson games, lots of games, and best of all, ZELDA!! FTW
9/10

Xbox 360: love the games, love everything about it 'cept red ring of death and can't play all Xbox games on it 9/10

DS: Neat little handheld, I have fun with it on long car trips, 8/10 mostly cause games for it should'nt cost 40$.

Well we won our basketball game last night and we are 2-0, I got floor burn in the process, kinda worth it I guess... Well I think winter is officially here, it' freaking cold. I hate winter, there is nothing to do, I can't go anywhere and worst of all, I can't swim and its not warm. So my fellow nerds/geeks/and freaks of all varieties (I mean this in the least of insulting ways) time to talk about video games and stuff! Mostly stuff. Well, I am here to rate some of the past games i just bought at Game Stop and here they are!
Dead Rising: Awesome game. I mean good graphics and i love the game play. Killing zombies with guitars and chainsaws. Who doesn't like that kinda stuff though? Storyline was good made me wanna keep playing. The game had a lack of Ninjas so that kinda made me mad... overall 8/10
awesome but could have added a few things.

Next game:

Crackdown: Fun game, good graphics, very GTA like but in a good way, this game had gangs with Japanese guys. So i give it a 7.8/10 pretty good but i would like to see a sequel with some other stuff in it.

And now for funny random things I've seen within the past few days!
On a door to another school as I was about to walk I saw a sign on the door, It read, "No latex beyond this point." And my friend told me, "I have a condom in my wallet, does that count?"

Hello huddled masses and welcome, to the gamer's chamber! This is about random stuff i watch on TV, anything i read, and reviews of video games i play. Now a little about myself, I live in a small town in Northwest Illinois, its not near a lot of stuff but it's fun and i can play a little basketball and football now and again. oh and by the way I'm not a stereotypical gamer who lives in his mother's basement (no offense to anyone who lives in their mother's basement) I love to play sports and go out with my friends. Well, enough about me! I'm gonna tell you what game i am playing at the moment. It is called Maplestory and its a very qurik, 2D, sidescrolling game that is a bit of a hack and slasher. I at the moment am into a very good PS (can't say it due to legal retrubutions) but you can always e-mail me and i'll tell you what it is as long as you don't work for the company that made previous mentioned game. I' m reading a very good series at the moment, The left behind series, it rocks. I am on the fourth book at the moment and there are 18... Its gonna be a long read.
Another series im reading is The Sword of Truth, It is also very good and i would highly recommend it to anyone who has read Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series.
*Sigh* what should i write about... Ooh! There are some good online comics i would like to recommend you the Ctrl+Alt+Del series is good also try not to press the key combination while your on it... Another one is the 8 bit theater comics... and then LFG comics is always good if you like WoW and finally Geist Panik. Well that is all my dear gamers, until next time this is DeadIsac.
